When you buy something with your Apple ID, your payment method will be charged either at the time of purchase or within a few days.
Some purchases might be grouped together onto a single charge, so if you don't recognize a charge, check your purchase history. Purchases are grouped by the date that they were charged to the payment method that you have on file. If you don't recognize a purchase on your statement, compare your purchase history to your statement.
If you still need help with a purchase:
- Select Contact Us on the top-right of the screen
- Select Billing & Purchases > I was overcharged
- Attach a screenshot of your order receipt (must include ORDER ID, DATE, and APP DETAILS)
See Your Purchase History:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. You might be asked to sign in.
- Tap Purchase History.
- Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. You might be asked to sign in.
- Tap Purchase History.
- Purchases are grouped by the date they were charged to the payment method that you have on file.
- Tap on the > to the right of the total billed charge to see details of an invoice.
- Tap on the > to the right of the total billed charge to see details of an invoice.
