There's a known issue with the latest update of the game where players using iOS 16 and below are not able to open the game. We're working on fixing this as soon as possible. 

If your phone or tablet is eligible for a software update,  you may update to iOS 17+ by going to Settings > General  > Software Update to resolve this issue. 

If you're not able to update your device software to iOS 17+, our team is working on an app update to resolve this for you. When the update is available, it'll appear in your App Store as an app update.
